Keto Low Carb Brownie Mug Cake Recipe

Craving a delicious brownie but you’re on the low carb diet?
This deliciously moist chocolate brownie recipe is the healthiest one you can get!

This vegan friendly recipe is made with no butter, oil, grains or sugar! And what’s better? You’ll be having it melt in your mouth in no longer than 5 minutes!


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp keto sugar substitute

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)


Here’s what to do:

  • Add & mix your dry ingredients together into a small bowl

  • In a separate bowl, whisk your almond butter and your milk together until nice and smooth

  • Next, add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until nice and smooth

  • Add your chocolate ships and mix it in

  • Place it in the microwave for 60 – 90 seconds, or until the brownie is finished.

  • Allow the brownie to cool off, and then indulge!


Side Note: This brownie can be baked in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until cook at 180C/350F.
