Healthy Fruit Roll Up's

Looking for a fruity snack? These healthy fruit roll ups are quick and easy to make with four simple ingredients – fruit, honey, lemon juice and vanilla!

​Here's what you'll need:

  • ​Fresh fruit of your choice (For this recipe, 2 cups of strawberries and 1 cup of raspberries are used).

  • 2 tablespoons of honey.

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

  • Baking sheet.

  • Parchment paper.

  • Blender/food processor.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Preheat the oven to 170F

  • Line baking sheet with the parchment paper

  • Clean fruit from all stems and pips. After cleaned, place it in the blender/food processor and blend/process until smooth

  • Transfer the processed fruit to a small saucepan. Add the honey, lemon juice and vanilla

  • For 10 minutes, on medium heat, continue to stir occasionally

  • After 10 minutes, pour the mixture onto a baking sheet. Smooth and even it out into a thin layer

  • Place in the oven and bake for 4 hours, or until they’re no longer sticky

  • Once baked, cut into strips and roll them up

  • Store at room temperature
