Here’s what you’ll need to make four waffles:
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup of milk of choice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 large ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Here’s what to do:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blits it all up
Let your batter rest until you heat up the waffle iron or waffle maker
Pour the batter in and wait for the magic to happen
Remove the waffles once they're nice and golden brown
For some extra goodness we like to top off our waffles with a dollop of greek yogurt , drizzled with pure maple syrup and sprinkled with fresh blueberries and walnuts.
