Gluten Free Fudge Brownies

The healthiest most fudgy brownies perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups Medjool dates or other soft dates

  • 1 cup of oat flour

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of walnuts

  • 75g of chopped dark chocolate

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp warm water

  • a pinch of sea salt

Here’s what to do:

  • Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius

  • In a food processor add the dates, oat flour, cocoa, coconut oil, water and salt. Blend until smooth

  • Add the walnuts and chocolate and blend on low speed until well combined

  • Transfer the mixture to a lined 9 x 9 baking dish pressing down evenly

  • Bake for 12 minutes

  • Let cool for slightly before cutting into squares

  • We recommend serving warm paired up with vanilla frozen yogurt
