Blueberry and Lemon Homemade Gummies (No Added Sugar)

This easy to prepare, fruity gummies are the healthiest way to satisfy your kids sweet cravings. Made from fruit, they are gluten and sugar free!

Makes: 32 Gummies

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup of blueberries

  • ½ cup of water

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 2.5 tablespoon of gelatine

  • 10 – 20 drops of liquid stevia (non-nutritive sweetener)

Here's what you need to do:

  • Add all ingredients except the gelatine and liquid stevia into a high speed blender until smooth.

  • Pour the fruit mixture into a saucepan and heat over a low heat. Add gelatine and whisk until fully combined and there are no lumps. Add stevia liquid to sweeten as much as you prefer.

  • Heat the mixture until gelatine is dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from the heat. Don’t let it boil.

  • Pour mixture into the moulds or a glass container. Leave to set in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours.

  • Once set, remove from the moulds or container and store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 10 days.
